Born in sea, eel grows in fresh water. Living in clean and contamination free habitat, eel is the cleanest aquatic life in the world. It is impossible to breed eel seeding through artificial reproduction mainly because eel has very special living history and it is very difficult to simulate the history with human intervention.

 

Eel farm is earthen pond or aquiculture pond. In strict compliance with HACCP system, we developed routine supervision, management and quantitative examination system in farm in the entire process from releasing seeding to their growth. The farm is regularly examined and assessed, the inspection is recorded and filed, supply is certified, supervision handbook is prepared, lot and batch is tracked so that the farm is effectively monitored.
